Upload your first clip

Learn how to bring source footage, b-roll, and audio into your Auraframe project.

  1. 1Open the media bin in the left panel
  2. 2Click the source video upload area and select your clip

Generate an AI timeline

  1. 1Switch to the "AI Generate" tab in the left panel
  2. 2Type your editing direction — describe pace, style, and content
  3. 3Choose a style pack: viral, cinematic, clean, energetic, or minimal
  4. 4Click Generate — the timeline populates with clips, captions, effects, and audio

Edit captions and hooks

Use editor tools

Master the Select, Compact, and Razor tools for precise timeline editing.

  1. 1Select tool (V) — drag clips, trim handles, move items across tracks
  2. 2Compact tool (S) — trim a clip and auto-adjust playback rate to fill the gap
  3. 3Razor tool (C) — click anywhere on a clip to cut it into two independent items
  4. 4Keyboard shortcuts V / S / C to switch tools quickly

Render and export

Submit your timeline for rendering and download the finished short-form video.

  1. 1Click Preview (720p) to get a fast lower-quality render for review
  2. 2Use Export Full for the final 1080p render
  3. 3Monitor render progress in the top toolbar
  4. 4Click Download when the render completes to save your video
